Hundreds of starlings died when they rammed head-on into a motorist's car in Sattledt, Austria. 

"It was like something from the movie, The Birds.  It was as if they meant to hit them," said a fellow motorist who witnessed the tragedy. 

Experts said the impact was about 90 miles an hour, reported AustrianTimes.at.  "It was gruesome.  They were stuck to the car and in the radiator grille and all over the road," said the driver, Andreas Chiste.
